Seattle, (Washington, USA) is a city that has much to offer young and old alike as a vacation destination. The truly amazing thing about a city like Seattle is that many of the attractions that might appeal to young children, might also appeal to those of an older generation for much the same and very different reasons.

Seattle Aquarium

One of the many attractions that older visitors are sure to enjoy, well, if flowers are there thing, is the Woodland Park Rose Garden. These gardens are free to attend and offer some spectacular blooms if you visit between the months of May and August.

The Seattle Aquarium is another point of interest for young and old alike. Whether you are in your first childhood or your fifth there really is nothing more exciting than watching glorious sea creatures swim above your head. When I was a child, which was something that happened in science fiction, not in real life.

Visit to Seattle Museum

Which brings me to my next timeless attraction: The Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame. This museum explores the history of science fiction and the impact it has had on the world we see today. I love the way imaginations from times long past have sparked some of the inventions of today. As a serious science fiction lover and fanatic, I completely enjoy this museum and could spend days here. But I also have to admit that there are things I see here that belong to my father, and some things that belong to my children. This is why the Science Fiction Museum made my list.

Seattle Museum Of Flight

The Underground Tours are another thing that someone who is more mature might find very interesting. I know that I was completely enthralled not only in the story, but also in the hearing of the story. This was one tour that was well worth the price I paid for it. I would pay the price again if for nothing more than to take another stroll around the museum that requires a tour ticket to gain entrance. Of course, the only exit from this tour is through the gift shop, which really poses no problem. I have will power, really!

The Whale Museum and any of the whale watching tours are another draw worth mentioning. If you have never seen one of these magnificent creatures up close it is an awe-inspiring event and one well worth repeating if you have. Young and old alike, no matter how big you are, it’s amazing how small you can feel next to these great animals.

Time Lapse Images Of Seattle

And of course there is always the Private Eye on Seattle Tour. This tour is not for the faint of heart and yet if you are a fan of old private eye novels or ‘true crime’ then you should find this particular tour to be a great amount of fun. There are three tours available: The Queen Anne Mystery and Murder Tour, the Capital Hill Mystery and Murder Tour, and Haunted Happening-also called the Seattle Ghost Tour. Each of these tours costs $25 per person and lasts between two and a half and three hours.

It doesn’t really matter if you are young or simply young at heart, Seattle has something to wonderful to offer all who visit here. From the gorgeous scenery that only nature could provide to the cultural center that this great city has become, I hope you can find plenty to keep you occupied during your stay.

Bonaire is an island that is part of the Netherlands Antilles, located about 50 miles north of Venezuela.- Bonaire is an environmental success story due to its coral reef conservation efforts. A true diver’s paradise; over 25,000 scuba divers go to Bonaire each year.

The island caters mainly to scuba divers and snorkelers, as there are few sandy beaches, while the surrounding reefs are easily accessible from the shore. Bonaire is world renowned for its excellent scuba diving and is consistently rated among the best diving locations in the world. Bonaire’s license plates carry the logo Diver’s Paradise (in English). Bonaire is also consistently recognized as one of the best destinations for snorkeling. Wind surfers also make a strong group of island tourists, as the east side of the island (facing the Caribbean Sea) has the large waves and wind gusts needed for windsurfing. Lac Bay, in the south east, is shallow, yet windy, and hence is considered an excellent place for intermediate sailors to improve their skills. Tourism infrastructure in Bonaire is contemporary and based on time-share resorts. There are a few small bed and breakfasts. Most resorts have an on-site dive shop.

The sanctuary of Bonaire was set aside to protect the undersea world and safeguard precious natural resources. In order to help fund the park, divers pay a ten dollar fee to dive there.

Are you interested in planning your next vacation in Mexico? If you are, you are not alone. Each year, a large number of tourists make the decision to travel to Mexico. Most are interested in vacationing at some of the most well-known beaches in the world.

While Mexico is home to a number of well-known beaches, there are many individuals who are unsure which beach they should visit. If you are interesting in scheduling a beach vacation, the best way to choose a destination isn’t by beaches, but by beach resorts. Beach resorts typically offer overnight hotel accommodations and private beaches. Below is an overview of five of the most popular beach resorts found in Mexico.

- Le Meridien Cancun Resort and Spa is one of the most popular beach resorts in all of Mexico. Le Meridien Cancun Resort and Spa is located in Cancun. The resort differs from other resorts in that it does not have a Mexican theme. Instead, the theme is French.

If you are interested in vacationing at the Le Meridien Cancun Resort and Spa, you will find a wide range of on and offshore activities. Popular resort activities include swimming, golfing, and beaching. The onsite spa is ideal for travelers who just want to pamper themselves.

- La Jolla de Mismaloya is located in Puerto Vallarta. Similar to the above mentioned Cancun resort, La Jolla Mismaloya has a French theme. La Jolla de Mismaloya is most well-known for being a resort that caters to children of all ages.

The resort is popular for its beachfront activities. These activities may include relaxing by the spa, swimming, or boating. As with most other beach resorts, La Jolla de Mismaloya has an unlimited number of activities that are geared towards adventure lovers. These activities often included guided tours that require horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, or biking.

- The Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach is located in Cancun. It is known as one of the most top rated beach resorts in the Cancun area. The resort’s topnotch service is often hard to find at other area resorts.

Aside from traditional beach activities, the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach is most well-known for its amazing, unique, and exciting adventures. These adventures often include snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, sailing, and jet skiing.

- The Fairmont Acapulco Princess is located in Acapulco. The Acapulco area is most well-known for its wide range of landscape sceneries. Beaches, jungles, and deserts are all located within a sort distance of each other in the Acapulco area.

The Fairmont Acapulco Princess is most known for its unique, but intriguing structural designs. The hotel is stocked with modern accommodations, but the structural designs of the hotel takes you back into time. Onsite resort facilities include multiple pools, multiple tennis courts, a day spa, fitness center, and shopping center.

- The Westin Regina Beach Resort is located in Puerto Vallarta. While the resort is most known for its golf accommodations, the beach area is just as spectacular.

Aside from a golf course, onsite facilities include swimming pools, tennis courts, and amazing restaurants. If you are looking for an adventure on or under the water, the Westin Regina Beach Resort may have just what you are looking for. Popular water activities include swimming, boating, fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

The above mentioned beach resorts are just a few of the many that can be found in Mexico. With so many beach resorts to choose from, you may find it difficult or impossible to choose. You may want to consider obtaining feedback from friends, family members, or coworkers who recently vacationed at a Mexico beach resort. In addition to asking those that you know, you can easily read online reviews posted by travelers.

While examining and researching multiple resorts may seem like a time consuming process, you may find that it will payoff in the end. Taking the time to select the perfect beach resort in Mexico is the best way to ensure that you will enjoy your Mexico vacation.
